chim-choo-ree - best bar & restaurant in town hands down

this place is the shit. if you're in town for one night only then this is the place to go. if you are in town for 5 nights (god forbid!) then you better have some decent disposable income because you're going to want to come here every night. that way you can sample almost every one of the delectable main dishes (they average about $32) and stay moderately sane. as there are usually only 4 desserts (cheese is not a dessert in my opinion) i would recommend having the affogato the 5th night but if you're getting short then go for the churros because these are only 8 bucks. alternatively you could always have the hot caramel malt drink.

and because you're going to need it, being a bar and all they do serve alcohol. like the place itself the beverage selection is small but not so small that it doesn't have 2 pinot gris. i like pinot gris. i like Peregrine and Maude pinot gris. if you don't find something to your taste tough shit because it ain't b.y.o. as well.

i'll stick their website address in here so you can get an idea of what they dish up but the site's not updated frequently so don't expect it to be entirely accurate. them's some interesting bar snacks.
